SECTION 8: SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS / कुछ जरुरी सुचना जो मूकादम को परमिट लेने से पहले जानकारी लेना जरुरी हैI

1	If "DO NOT ENTER" is displayed anywhere, never enter and do not allow anyone to enter without the required permit. अगर कहीं भी “DO NOT ENTER” लिखा हुआ हो तो कभी भी अन्दर न जाये और नाही किसी को जाने दे।
2	Never try to suppress/report a near miss yourself; immediately report it to the Safety Officer / HSE Manager. नियर मिस कभी भी छुपाने की कोशिश न करे, उसे फौरन सेफ्टी ऑफिसर को रिपोर्ट करे।
3	Before cutting, check your torch nozzle and other items/equipment being used for the work. कटिंग करने से पहले अपने टोर्च नली और अन्य वस्तु चेक करना जरुरी है।
4	Before starting cutting, check for leakage; start work only when no leakage is found. कटिंग शुरू करने से पहले लीक चेक कर ले, अगर लीक ना मिले तो ही काम शुरू करे!
5	If hot work is permitted and work is required in a confined space or at height, the Safe for Entry / Work at Height permit is mandatory. कहीं बंद जगह में या ऊँचाई पर काम करना हो तो अतिरिक्त परमिट लेना आनिवार्य है!
6	Remove all flammable materials from the work area before starting hot work. हॉट वर्क स्टार्ट करने से पहले सभी ज्वलनशील पदार्थ वहा से हटा दे!
7	Return the permit to the Safety Officer / HSE Manager immediately after the work is completed. काम समाप्त होने के तुरंत बाद परमिट सेफ्टी ऑफिसर को लौटा दे!
8	Hot work is prohibited on any pipeline; action will be taken if this is violated. किसी भी पाइपलाइन में हॉट वर्क मना है अगर पकडे गया तो करवाई होगी।
9	Do not work at any location other than the location for which the permit has been issued. परमिट मे जिस जगह की परमिट दी गयी है उसके अलावा किसी अन्य जगह पर काम न करे।
